Groundwater is a vital water supply worldwide, but its quality has gradually deteriorated with the development of society. In this study, a total of 40 groundwater samples were collected during the pre- and post-monsoon to analyze the hydrochemical process and assess the groundwater quality and human health risks in a coastal area of southeastern China. The results showed that the concentrations of major ions were in the order of Ca > Mg > Na > K and HCO > SO > Cl > NO > F during the pre- and post-monsoon periods.

Methods: Pregnant women with a gestational age of 24-28 w and in the immune tolerance stage of NA intervention for hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection were included and divided into a hepatitis group (Group 1) and a nonhepatitis group (Group 2) according to the ALT level at 6-12 w after childbirth. The clinical features were analyzed, and the phenotypes, functions, and cytokines of clusters of differentiation CD8 T cells in the two groups of patients were detected using flow cytometry before and after childbirth.

Atmospheric cold plasma (ACP) is a novel nonthermal technology with potential applications in maintaining and improving food quality. The effect of ACP on the activity and structure of mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) polyphenol oxidase (PPO) was evaluated.
