Objective: To develop a method which is used for rapid determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) and 16 kinds of phthalates(PAEs) in tap water by stirring rod adsorption extraction(SBSE) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).

Methods: The twister mixing rod coated with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and ethylene glycol-polydimethylsiloxane(EG-silicone) was used to enrich analyte from 50 mL tap water. The twister mixing rod coated with EG-silicone was directly placed into the sample bottle containing 50 mL of tap water, while fixing the PDMS stir bar on the inner wall of the sample bottle and immersing it in the liquid.

Background: The long-term survival benefit of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in neoadjuvant and adjuvant settings is unclear for colorectal cancers (CRC) and gastric cancers (GC) with deficiency of mismatch repair (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H).

Methods: This retrospective study enrolled patients with dMMR/MSI-H CRC and GC who received at least one dose of neoadjuvant ICIs (neoadjuvant cohort, NAC) or adjuvant ICIs (adjuvant cohort, AC) at 17 centers in China. Purpose: To investigate the efficacy of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors plus chemotherapy versus anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapy in advanced microsatellite instability (MSI)/mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) gastrointestinal cancers.

Methods: We retrospectively recruited patients with MSI/dMMR gastrointestinal cancer who received anti-PD-1/PD-L1 with or without chemotherapy and compared objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS) of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor plus chemotherapy (chemo-anti-PD-1/PD-L1 group) and PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor alone (anti-PD-1/PD-L1 group). Hyperhimatins A-P (1-16), sixteen new bicyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (BPAPs), were isolated and identified from Hypericum himalaicum. The planner structures of hyperhimatins A-P were confirmed via extensive NMR and careful HRESIMS data analysis. In this paper, we aimed to achieve the indoor tracking control of a two-wheeled inverted pendulum (TWIP) vehicle. The attitude data are acquired from a low cost micro inertial measurement unit (IMU), and the ultra-wideband (UWB) technology is utilized to obtain an accurate estimation of the TWIP's position. Agricultural soils in the oilfields have the potential risk of PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) pollution, and the denitrification process with nitrate as the terminal electron acceptor might be important for soil PAHs elimination under anaerobic condition. In this study, 9 soil samples listed as JH-1 to JH-9 were collected from the JiangHan oilfield with a history of more than 50 years. Using the functional genes (-nitrite reductase gene; -nitrite reductase gene) involved in denitrification as biomarkers, the community structure of soil denitrifiers was investigated by quantitative-PCR and T-RFLP (terminal-restriction fragment length polymorphism) combined with clone library, and the relationship between soil properties and community structure of soil denitrifers was discussed.
