Lithium-ion batteries are currently widely used in various industries. Battery aging is inevitable, and it is also a key scientific issue in battery research. However, it is still lacking a comprehensive view of the aged battery from a mechanical perspective.

Structural diversity of metal-organic frameworks based on a chalcone dicarboxylic acid ligand.

Using chalcone dicarboxylic acid ligands, three different metal-organic frameworks have been successfully obtained. Interestingly, structural diversity has been observed. The difference between compounds 2 and 3 is the inconsistent orientation of the adjacent binuclear Cd clusters.
