Objective: To determine the clinical value of ultrasound in assessing cervical lymph node metastasis (CLNM) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).
Methods: The medical records of 179 PTC patients treated in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital between March 2016 and March 2019 were collected. The patients were assigned to a transfer group (54 cases) and a non-transfer group (125 cases) according to their pathologic results.
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary leucine on growth, antioxidant capacity, immune response, and inflammation in juvenile yellow catfish. Five diets were formulated to contain five dietary leucine levels: 12.00 (control), 19.

In this study, the full-length GS was cloned from the liver of yellow catfish. The full-length cDNA sequence of GS was 1928 bp in length and encoded 371 amino acids.

Ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction (UTMD) is a method that increases the absorption of targeted genes or drugs by cells. We focus on the role of UTMD-mediated miR-21 transfection in HeLa cells, a cervical cancer cell line.

The effects of resveratrol on the growth inhibition, apoptosis and cell cycle were assayed. The activity of caspases and the expression of Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, XIAP and Bax protein were detected.
