Background: Many studies have shown that F-box proteins regulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition, which is closely related to tumor metastasis. However, there is still limited research on the role of F-box proteins in renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
Methods: Public databases were used to screen differentially expressed genes among 37 F-box proteins in clear cell RCC (ccRCC).
This study reported a low-cost and highly efficient Dexter-Silverton polyoxometalate (POM)/Ni foam composite (NiCo-POM/NF) with bimetallic sites for acetophenone production. With this novel composite as an electrocatalyst, β-O-4 in 2-phenoxy-1-phenylethanol (PPE), a typical β-O-4 model, can be selectively oxidized to aromatic chemicals with excellent yields (62 %-74 %) by controlled-potential electrolysis. A PPE conversion of 99.

(PV) is a widely distributed medicinal and edible plant used in traditional Chinese medicine for its anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, hypoglycemic, and anti-hypertensive effects. Despite the numerous studies reporting on its cardiovascular protective effects, it is still not known whether PV could relieve myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (MI/R) injury.

A reactive all bio-based flame retardant CPE was prepared using chitosan (CS), phytic acid (PA), and epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) as raw materials. Meanwhile, the bio-based PUF matrix, named ERP, was prepared with ESO, ricinoleic acid (RA) and 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI).

Methods: The PTC/EBV-associated genes were obtained by intersection and further screen out hub genes to construct a prognostic model. The relationship between PTC/EBV-related genes and core genes and immune infiltration was analyzed, respectively.
Background: As the number of randomized clinical trials (RCTs) demonstrating the survival benefits of combination therapies in previously treated multiple myeloma (MM) patients increases, it is essential to determine the most cost-effective treatment through robust economic evaluation. This study aims to assess the cost-effectiveness of combination therapies for first/second-relapse MM patients from the perspective of the Chinese healthcare system.
Methods: A Markov model was developed to evaluate three combination therapy groups based on primary drugs (bortezomib, lenalidomide, and carfilzomib).

Emerging evidence reveals a complex association between type 2 diabetes (T2D) and coronary heart disease (CHD), which share common risk factors and biological pathways. This study aims to identify the shared proteomic signatures of T2D and CHD, as well as whether the shared proteins predict incident CHD in T2D patients, and to develop predictive models. Utilizing data from 53,014 UK Biobank participants and 2923 plasma proteins, we identified 488 proteins associated with T2D, of which 125 proteins were also associated with CHD.

This study aimed to develop and validate a two-stage scoring system capable of dynamic evaluation for 30-day mortality among STEMI patients. We recruited 3939 patients and randomly assigned (7:3) to derivation (N = 2757) and internal validation (N = 1182) datasets, an independent cohort of 1315 STEMI patients was used for external validation.

Here, we report the development of nucleus pulposus cell (NPC)-mimicking nanoparticles (HIF1A@NNP) with an NPC membrane as the shell and pcDNA3.1-rHIF1A encapsulated in the core via extrusion.

New Method: In this paper, a dual-pathway model with channel attention for detecting VRMS is proposed.
The diffuse Galactic gamma-ray emission is a very important tool used to study the propagation and interaction of cosmic rays in the Milky Way. In this Letter, we report the measurements of the diffuse emission from the Galactic plane-covering Galactic longitudes from 15° to 235° and latitudes from -5° to +5°, in an energy range of 1 to 25 TeV-made with the Water Cherenkov Detector Array (WCDA) of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory. After the sky regions of known sources are masked, the diffuse emission is detected with 24.

However, there remains a significant challenge for achieving open-patternable dual-chiral BPLC films (DH-BP) and precise tuning for efficient hyper-reflection due to the packaging limitations of liquid crystal cells and the complexities of the dynamic bandgap matching principle. In this study, an in situ secondary growth strategy was proposed to successfully fabricate structurally continuous and uniform DH-BP films.

Herein, an unprecedented Cu-catalyzed dynamic kinetic resolution of secondary phosphine-boranes was successfully developed. This asymmetric C-P(BH) coupling reaction provided the direct and highly enantioselective synthesis of P(III)-stereogenic centers, enabling the formation of chiral medium-sized benzophosphine-boranes (7-10-membered cycles).

The accuracy of these methods is compromised by errors in range estimation. To address this, we propose a three-dimensional source localization method that utilizes TDOA measurements between direct and surface-reflected arrivals at N(N ≥3) hydrophones, taking into account refraction effects.

Despite their potential, both the bulk and grain boundary conductivity values observed in practice fall short of theoretical expectations. In terms of structures, domain boundaries and grain boundaries play a crucial role in hindering ionic transport, and there has been no comprehensive study that enhances both the bulk and grain boundary conductivity by modification of these microstructures.
