The complex composition of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) has posed challenges for in-depth study and global application, despite their abundance of bioactive compounds that make them valuable resources for disease treatment. To overcome these obstacles, it is essential to modernize TCMs by focusing on precise disease treatment. This involves elucidating the structure-activity relationships within their complex compositions, ensuring accurate in vivo delivery, and monitoring the delivery process.

The main reason was that the PU materials are prone to degradation after contact with blood and will also cause inflammation after long-term implantation. At present, PU has made progress in biostability and biocompatibility, respectively.

However, simultaneous optimization of water transfer direction in a cost-effective and reliable ISSG to balance thermal localization, salt accumulation, and resistance to oilfouling represents a rare feat. Herein, inspired by seabird beaks for unidirectional water transfer, eco-friendly and cost-effective plant extracts, sodium alginate, and tannic acid, are selected for crafting an innovative Sodium Alginate-Tannic Acid Hemispheric Evaporator (STHE).

However, current investigation of CQG have primarily focused on clinical studies, and the potential mechanisms underlying of its effects on MH have not been fully elucidated. In the present study, we applied an integrated approach of transcriptomics and metabolomics to elucidate the therapeutic mechanisms of CQG in nitroglycerin (NTG)-induced MH injury.

Identification of rice miPEPs plays a crucial role in elucidation of molecular functions of rice miPEPs and rice genetic improvement. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are derivatives of primary miRNAs (pri-miRNAs) and govern the expression of target genes.

This article systematically analyzes the differences in diagnostic and treatment principles, material composition, new drug development pathways, efficacy cognition, and evaluation methodology between Chinese and Western medicine from the underlying logic of medical perspective. On this basis, it integrates the evidence elements of clinical experience, experimental research, and clinical trials, and for the first time proposes and establishes a new strategy and methodology for the evaluation of the effectiveness of TCM: the integrated evidence chain-based effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(iEC-Eff), forming an integrated evaluation and confirmation model of "clinical experience-experimental research-clinical trial" for the effectiveness of TCM.

Proteomics can track changes in relevant functional molecules during the occurrence and progression of diseases from an overall, molecular, systematic, and flux perspectives. Utilizing proteomic techniques to deeply explore the functional targets, molecular mechanisms, and network effects of MI and HF can aid in early diagnosis, early warning, and drug treatment of these diseases.

Angong Niuhuang Pill (ANP), originating from Wenbing Tiaobian, has been shown to have neuroprotective effects, but its mechanism in alleviating CIRI remains unclear.
Aim Of The Study: This study aimed to elucidate the mechanism by which ANP alleviates CIRI using acetylomics and proteomics.
Background: Aging is a pressing global concern and is frequently accompanied by the emergence of many chronic diseases. Xiyangshen Sanqi Danshen granules (XSD) have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-fatigue functions, but the mechanism of their anti-aging effects is not clear.
Methods: This study elucidated the anti-aging mechanism and potentially active ingredients of XSD by performing transcriptomic analysis and network pharmacological analysis in a D-galactose (D-gal)-induced C57BL/6J mouse aging model.
The gut microbiota plays a critical role in maintaining human health, influencing a wide range of physiological processes, including immune regulation, metabolism, and neurological function. Recent studies have shown that imbalances in gut microbiota composition can contribute to the onset and progression of various diseases, such as metabolic disorders (e.g.

Conventional treatment methods such as pharmacotherapy, interventional surgery, and cardiac transplantation, while capable of reducing short-term mortality rates, still face significant challenges in post-MI repair including the restoration of intercellular biological and electrical signaling. This study presents a novel exosome-loaded conductive hydrogel designed to enhance myocardial repair by concurrently improving biological and electrical signals.

With the advent of the "post-pilot era" of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, there are still a series of policy, technical, and industrial issues that need to be addressed in their production, regulation, and application practices. This article systematically reviews the development history and relevant policy evolution of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, and summarizes the current industrial status in terms of quality standards, medical insurance payments, and market landscape. Based on a comparative analysis and positioning discussion between traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional herbal decoctions, it is believed that the following practical issues still exist in this field:(1)A reasonable competitive evolution mechanism has not yet been formed, making it difficult to "improve quality and efficiency" of products;(2)The number of national standards is limited, and local standards operate independently;(3)Production processes are relatively constrained;(4)There is a contradiction between fixed equivalents and fluctuations in raw materials;(5)Market positioning needs to be clarified, and medication scenarios are limited.
