Fibrates can prevent and treat ischemic stroke (IS), the occurrence and development of IS is closely related to hypoxia-inducible factor-1A (HIF-1A). However, the exact mechanism by which fibrates regulate HIF-1A to treat IS remains unclear. So network pharmacology and molecular docking were used to explore the mechanism by which fibrates regulate HIF-1A to treat IS, firstly, the structure of five fibrates were obtained by reviewing the literature and pharmacopoeia, then the potential targets of fibrates, IS, HIF1A and HIF1A-related genes were obtained through various databases, their common targets were obtained through Venny 2.

Objectives: To investigate the regulatory mechanism of aurora kinase B (AURKB) for promoting malignant phenotype of osteosarcoma cells.

Methods: HA-Vector or HA-AURKB was transfected in 293T cells to identify the molecules interacting with AURKB using immunoprecipitation combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry followed by verification with co-immunoprecipitation and Western blotting. In cultured osteosarcoma cells with lentivirus-mediated RNA interference of AURKB or DHX9 or their overexpression, the changes in cell proliferation, migration, and invasion activities were observed with EDU and Transwell assays.

Multi-view clustering can better handle high-dimensional data by combining information from multiple views, which is important in big data mining. However, the existing models which simply perform feature fusion after feature extraction for individual views, mostly fails to capture the holistic attribute information of multi-view data due to ignoring the significant disparities among views, which seriously affects the performance of multi-view clustering.
