Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted and electronic questionnaires were distributed online.
Background: Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a rare disorder that was initially documented by Prader and Willi in 1956. Despite significant advancements in the understanding of PWS over recent decades, no bibliometric studies have been reported on this field. We aimed to analyze and explore the research trends and hotspots of PWS using a bibliometric analysis to understand the future development of basic and clinical research.

The aim of the present study was to explore the genetic effect of depression on longitudinal changes in brain structure throughout the lifespan using a Mendelian randomization approach. Summary data from a genome-wide association study of 195,321 to 377,277 participants in the FinnGen consortium were used to predict depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and antidepressant use genetically.

In this study, we investigated factors responsible for clopidogrel high on-treatment platelet reactivity (HTPR) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients and evaluated the capacity of DT-678 to overcome HTPR.
Experimental Approach: A total of 300 consecutive ACS patients naive to P2Y receptor inhibitors were recruited and genotyped for CYP2C19 alleles.
A putative novel virus was identified in Agastache rugosa in China and tentatively named "Agastache rugosa-associated varicosavirus" (ARaVV). The nearly complete genome sequence of ARaVV was obtained through RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) and subsequent RT-PCR. The ARaVV genome consists of two negative-sense single-stranded RNA segments that are 6428 and 3862 nucleotides (nt) in size, respectively.

In this work, two macrocyclic TADF emitters, Cy-BNFu and CyEn-BNFu, with a flexible alkyl chain as a linker and bulky aromatic hydrocarbon wrapping units were designed and synthesized. The detailed photophysical analysis demonstrates that the flexible linker significantly enhances the solution-processibility and flexibility of the parent TADF core without sacrificing the radiative transition and high PLQY.

We previously reported that CQ (20 μM, 36 h) could reprogram transcriptome, and impair multiple signaling pathways vital to porcine immature Sertoli cells (iSCs). However, whether CQ treatment could affect the metabolomic compositions of porcine iSCs remains unclear.

Understanding how self-efficacy, motivation, and a sense of security influence the error orientation of nursing students is important for developing strategies to enhance their error orientation.
Objectives: This study aimed to explore the relationship between self-efficacy, motivation, and error orientation of nursing students during clinical internships.

Amino acids and aromatic nitrogen heterocycles are widely used in pharmaceuticals. Herein, we present an effective visible-light-driven thiobenzoic acid (TBA)-catalyzed decyanative C(sp3)-H heteroarylation of glycine derivatives. This process occurs under mild and straightforward conditions, affording a range of valuable yet challenging-to-obtain α-heteroaryl amino acid derivatives.

Each BCAA has an independent and specific physio-biochemical effect on the host. However, the exact molecular mechanism of the detrimental effect of valine on metabolic health remains largely unknown.

Deep learning methods have been shown to be not superior over traditional genomic selection (GS) methods, partially due to the degradation problem (i.e.

It has attracted much attention as a new class of photonic liquid crystal material because of its intrinsic, unique structural characteristics, and excellent optical properties. However, the CNCs-based photonic crystal films are generally prepared via the physical crosslinking strategy, which present water sensitivity.

Objective: To explore distinct longitudinal trajectories of resourcefulness among initial ischemic stroke patients from diagnosis to 12 months, and to identify whether sociodemographic factors, disease-related factors, self-efficacy, family function, and social support can predict patterns in the trajectories of resourcefulness.
Methods: A prospective longitudinal study was conducted. Initial ischemic stroke patients who met inclusion and exclusion criteria were followed up when still in hospital (Preparing for discharge, Baseline, T1), at 1 month (T2), at 3 months (T3), at 6 months (T4), at 9 months (T5) and 12 months (T6) (±1 week) after discharge.
A new cytorhabdovirus, tentatively named "chelidonium yellow mottle associated virus" (CheYMaV), was identified in Chelidonium majus with yellow mottle symptoms by high-throughput sequencing and RT-PCR. Its genome is 12,121 nucleotides in length and contains eight open reading frames (ORFs) in the order 3'-N-P'-P-P3-M-G-P6-L-5'. Amino acid sequence comparisons between the putative proteins of CheYMaV and the corresponding proteins of other cytorhabdoviruses showed that it shares the highest sequence similarity with Trifolium pratense virus A (TpVA, MH982250) and Glehnia littoralis virus 1 (GllV1, BK014304), but with sequence identity values below the species demarcation threshold for cytorhabdoviruses (< 80%).

Despite variations in number and sequence during evolution, the genomic segments of many viruses are conserved within the untranslated regions (UTRs). The overall cancer incidence and death toll have been increasing worldwide. However, the conventional therapies have some obvious limitations, such as non-specific targeting, systemic toxic effects, especially the multidrug resistance (MDR) of tumors, in which, autophagy plays a vital role. Therefore, there is an urgent need for new treatments to reduce adverse reactions, improve the treatment efficacy and expand their therapeutic indications more effectively and accurately.

Our aim was to employ multispectral optoacoustic tomography (MSOT) to assess immediate-early changes of hemoglobin level and sO within breast tumors during diverse treatments. Mouse breast cancer models were allocated into four groups: control, everolimus (EVE), paclitaxel (PTX), and photodynamic therapy (PDT).

With the recent advances in the photosensitizing agents, the fiber-optic systems, and other aspects, its application is extended to a wide range of superficial and localized cancers. However, for the few clinically used photosensitizers, most of them suffer from the drawback of causing prolonged photosensitivity after the treatment.

The genome of CYMaV consists of five viral RNAs: RNA1 (6591 nucleotides, nt), RNA2 (1982 nt), RNA3a (1301 nt), RNA3b (1397 nt), and RNA4 (1192 nt). The 13-nt sequences at the 5'- and 3'-termini of the CYMaV RNAs are conserved and have reverse complementary, as typically seen in emaraviruses.
