Bisphenol A (BPA) is an endocrine disruptor universally present in food packaging, which may cause oxidative stress and reproductive toxicity through migration to food and ingestion then. Both Mori Fructus and selenium have excellent antioxidant ability and good therapeutic effects on reproductive improvement. Hence, in this work, Mori Fructus polysaccharide (MFP) was selected as a stabilizer to synthesize MFP‑selenium nanoparticles (MFP-SeNPs) by chemical reduction method.

Antidiabetic activities of glycoprotein from pea ( L.) in STZ-induced diabetic mice.

Polysaccharides have hypoglycemic activity and pea protein has high nutritional value. The purified pea glycoprotein PGP2 has been shown to inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase and α-amylase in previous studies. To study the mechanism of PGP2-induced blood glucose lowering in vivo, this paper established a diabetic mouse model by intraperitoneal injection of STZ and high-fat diet, and evaluated the blood-glucose-lowering activity of the pea component PGP2 at different doses.

Vaccination efficacy with marrow mesenchymal stem cell against cancer was enhanced under simulated microgravity.

Stem cell vaccination can induce consistent and strong anti-tumor immunity against cancer in mice model. The antigenic similarity between tumors and embryos has been appreciated for many years and reflects the expression of embryonic gene products by cancer cells and/or cancer-initiating stem cells. Taking advantage of this similarity, we have tested a prophylactic lung cancer vaccine composed of allogeneic murine MSCs.
