Parkinson's disease (PD) pathogenesis is characterized by α-synuclein (α-syn) pathology, which is influenced by various factors such as neuroinflammation and senescence. Increasing evidence has suggested a pivotal role for Interleukin-17A(IL-17A) and Interleukin-17 Receptor A (IL-17RA) in PD, yet the trigger and impact of IL-17A/IL-17RA activation in PD remains elusive. Background: Methane (CH), as one of the major energy sources, easily escapes from the supply chain into the atmosphere, because it exists in a gaseous state under ambient conditions. Compared to carbon dioxide (CO), CH is 25 times more potent at trapping radiation; thus, the emission of CH to the atmosphere causes severe global warming and climate change. Bone marrow-derived neural stem cells (BM-NSCs) have shed light on novel therapeutic approaches for PD with the potential to halt or even reverse disease progression. Two photoalignment-based methods to achieve orientational control of optical diffractions by cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) fingerprint gratings are proposed and demonstrated. Objective: To compare the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of a completely nonfluoroscopic approach to radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) using CARTO3 and ablation with conventional fluoroscopic guidance for treatment of idiopathic premature ventricular contractions from the aortic sinus cusp (ASC-PVCs).
