The aim of this paper was to explore the potential molecular mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of colon cancer through pharmacology network and molecular docking methods. The chemical constituents and action targets of 7 herbs from Banxia Xiexin Decoction were collected by using TCMSP database,Chinese Pharmacopoeia and literatures consultation.
