This study aims to explore influence mechanism of multi-participants risk perception to the public opinion dissemination. Based on the complex network theory, the dynamic model of network public opinion dissemination is constructed, applied social network method to analyze the influence mechanism of information interaction of network public opinion participants on network public opinion communication, using the method of simulation, this paper discussed the influence of external factors on the communication state and risk of public opinion under the conditions of single interference, information superposition and time series transformation. The results show the advantage of government information release before large-scale dissemination is that can reduce the spread risk of public opinion.
