[Determination of the amount of 13 metal elements in the rape pollen from different regions by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry].

The objective of the present paper was to determine the amount of metal elements in the rape pollen from different regions by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). FAAS method was established for the determination of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Cr and Pb in the rape pollen. The samples were incinerated and then digested with HNO3-HClO4 (V : V = 4 : 1) at 90-95 degrees C and under normal pressure.
