Objective: To explore effect of lentivirus-mediated complement C3 silencing vector on the osteogenic ability of human B lymphocyte Raji-osteoblast cell line MG63 co-culture system and its mechanism.
Methods: The lentiviral complement C3 silencing vector was constructed and transfected into human B lymphocyte Raji to establish in vitro Raji-osteoblast cell line MG63 co-culture system. The cells were divided into blank control group (without special treatment), complement C3 silencing group (lentiviral complement C3 silencing vector transfection co-culture system) and model group(lentiviral vector transfection co-culture system).
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Dynesys system combined with posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) in treating multiple lumbar degenerative disease.
Methods: The clinical data of 46 patients with multiple lumbar degenerative diseases treated by Dynesys system combined with PLIF from September 2010 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 17 males and 29 females, aged from 38 to 68 years old with an average of (56.

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and safety of internal fixation of steel-wire limited loop in early Achilles tendon rupture.
Methods: Seventy-six patients respectively with early transected and avulsed types of Achilles tendon rupture were selected and treated with internal fixation of steel-wire limited loop. The patients began to take exercise for their lower limbs through continous passive motion as early as possible after surgical repair, and the loops were removed after 3-5 months.

Objective: To explore serum angiogenic factor expression in patients with osteosarcoma and its relationship with metastasis.
Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of CD34 and FVIII-Rag in osteosarcoma tissues of 36 patients (osteosarcoma group) and microvessel density (MVD) was also recorded. In addition, ELISA was used to test the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and endostatin (ES) in the osteosarcoma group and in a control group.
Protocatechuic acid (PA), a structurally typical phenolic acid in danshen, shows anti-angina efficacy. But until now, besides scavenging of oxygen free radicals, the understanding of its anti-angina mechanism has been limited. In our study, based on a novel metabolic route of PA identified in rat heart and its influence on fatty acid oxidation (FAO), we proposed a new mechanism for its anti-angina.

For the rat, the main hydrolysis site may be blood and human may be tissue (mainly by liver). The paper gave in vivo evidence that human tissue may give more contribution for its hydrolysis.

For unstable drugs with an ester group, the main analytical challenge is how to avoid the ester hydrolysis, and strong acid or alkaline conditions should be excluded during sample preparation. Considering that, we developed a relatively mild method with SPE for sample preparation without strong acid and alkaline treatment, which was optimized with different pHs and salt concentrations in phosphate-buffered saline treatment.

The drug was given in a single dose of three tablets (75 mg) and blood samples were withdrawn during 12 h after drug administration. Helicidum was separated and analyzed using a validated liquid chromatography-mass spectrum method.

Methods: The SH rats received a single oral dose of 2, 4, and 8 mg/kg of telmisartan. The plasma concentrations of telmisartan were determined by the liquid chromatography-mass spectrum method.
The purpose of the study was to adjust the individual maintenance dose of warfarin with a simple approach based on indirect pharmacodynamic model (IDR). Based on the distinct pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic features of warfarin, the relationship between the maintenance dose and the steady-state anticoagulation effect was simplified and an approach for the maintenance dose adjustment was proposed. According to the steady-state anticoagulation effect before and after multiple doses (0.
