Soft actuators with multi-stimuli response have shown promising applications in soft intelligent robots. However, most soft actuators are limited by the unidirectional actuation and self-perception capabilities. Here, a bilayer self-sensing actuator with bidirectional actuation is proposed, which showed exceptional bidirectional actuation, self-sensing of temperature and moisture, and smart solar panel.

Gut-specific integrins, on the other hand, help to keep immune cells in the intestines. Since immune cells from outside the intestines can significantly affect the outcome of strokes, we investigated how immune cells from the intestines affect the immune response in the brain during intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).

However, the specific mechanisms behind the contrasting functions of T cells in the brain and peripheral tissues after a stroke remain unclear and require further investigation. T-cell receptors (TCRs) are essential in controlling how T lymphocytes develop and become active.

To resolve the issues of low activity, low linear/branched () ratio, and low stability in HF and ISO-HF, we herein reported a class of spirocyclic diphosphites. Notably, the ligand termed -SDPhite afforded excellent catalytic activity and regioselectivity for the HF of various olefins.

In this study, we investigated the causal relationship between DCs and T-cell response in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) by focusing on TLRs (toll-like receptors) that may modulate the function of DCs.
Methods: We studied the effects of TLR4, TLR2, and TLR9 on DC-mediated T-cell response and the outcomes of ICH using male C57BL/6 and CD11c-DTx (diphtheria toxin) receptor mice.
Background: Numerous studies have shown a strong correlation between disulfidptosis and various cancers. However, the expression and function of , a crucial gene in disulfidptosis, remain unclear in the context of cancer.
Methods: Gene expression and clinical information on lung adenocarcinoma were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) databases.

So, the exploration of all-in-one devices remains critical to avoiding their injury and illness. The integration of multiple properties such as sensing, electromagnetic protection, warming/cooling, and water/bacterial repellence into a common fabric is no doubt a promising solution to coping with diverse application scenarios.

These substances include hormones, especially insulin, rate-limiting enzymes, transcription factors of key genes, and cytokines. This regulatory role of CK2 is closely tied to important cellular processes such as cell proliferation and apoptosis.

Chemotherapy was the first-line treatment for patients with ex20ins mutation in the era when ex20ins tyrosine kinase inhibitors ( ex20ins-TKIs) were inaccessible. Although ex20ins-TKIs have since then demonstrated certain efficacy, the population benefit rate is not high due to the high cost of the drug and limited benefit to the population.

Chlorohydrins and oxaheterocycles are synthetically valuable building blocks for diverse natural products and therapeutic substances. A highly efficient Ir/-phamidol-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of ω-chloroketones was successfully developed, and various chlorohydrins and oxaheterocycles were obtained divergently with excellent yields and enantioselectivities (up to >99% yield and >99% ee). Synthetic utilities of this divergent transformation were demonstrated by gram-scale synthesis of key intermediates of several enantiomerically enriched drugs via this catalytic methodology.
