The deficiency in available targeted agents and frequency of chemoresistance are primary challenges in clinical management of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The aberrant expression of USP21 and JAK2 represents a characterized mechanism of TNBC progression and resistance to paclitaxel (PTX). Despite its clear that high expression of USP21-mediated de-ubiquitination leads to increased levels of JAK2 protein, we lack regulator molecules to dissect the mechanisms that the interaction between USP21 and JAK2 contributes to the phenotype and resistance of TNBC.

High-throughput sequencing technology was used to investigate changes in the microbial community in granular sludge under salinity conditions of 0, 15, and 30 g·L in an ANAMMOX-EGSB reactor under stable operation. The study found that when the influent salinity was increased to 15 g·L and 30 g·L, the nitrogen removal performance of the reactor decreased slightly, but was restored with the extension of the running time. After the performance of the reactor became stable, the abundance of the ANAMMOX bacteria under the three salinity conditions was 10.

Dealing with nitrogen-rich saline wastewater produced by industries remains challenging because of the inhibition of functional microorganisms by high salinity. The underlying mechanisms of anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria (AnAOB) exposed to salinity stress should be studied to investigate the potential of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) for applications in such wastewater. In this study, the total DNA from granular sludge was extracted from an expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) reactor operated at 0, 15 and 30 g/L salinity and subjected to high-throughput sequencing.

Taking the drought-sensitive Dactylis glomerata line "01998" and drought-tolerant cultivar "Baoxing" as test materials, a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of drought stress on the seedlings root growth, physiological characteristics, and leaf photosynthesis, aimed to approach the differences in the drought-tolerance mechanism of different D. glomerata lines (cultivars). Under drought stress, the root vitality and root number of "01998" and "Baoxing" presented a trend of increased first and decreased then.

LiFePO4/C nanocomposites with excellent electrochemical performance is synthesized from nano-FePO4, generated by a novel method using a confined area impinging jet reactor (CIJR). When discharged at 80 C (13.6 Ag(-1)), the LiFePO4/C delivers a discharge capacity of 95 mA h g(-1), an energy density of 227 W h kg(-1) and a power density of 34 kW kg(-1).

Objective: To establish the HPLC profile of Ciwujia Injection.

Methods: HPLC profile of Ciwujia Injection from two different sources was developed.

Results: The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the ratio of common peak's area of different samples were different.
