Purpose: Immunotherapy efficacy in elderly patients with comorbidities and poor performance status is not well understood. More knowledge on this topic is needed to identify subgroups that will benefit from immunotherapy. We aimed to evaluate the effect of comorbidity burden in patients receiving immunotherapy.

Growing evidence indicates the predictive roles of driver gene mutations in the development of brain metastases (BM) in recent years, meaning that oncogene-driven NSCLC have a high incidence of BM at diagnosis. Today, 3rd generation targeted drugs with high intracranial efficacy, which can cross the blood-brain barrier, have made a positive contribution to survival for these patients with an increased propensity to BM.

Considering the limited number of case series in the literature, the limited effectiveness of standard treatment methods, and the inadequacy of molecular biomarkers, we planned to investigate the effects of treatment methods and survival outcomes in these patients. Methodology The study was designed retrospectively, and the records of patients who were followed up and treated at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Medical Oncology Clinic, between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2021, were reviewed.

In this retrospective study, our aim is to present and compare HBV reactivation in multiple myeloma (MM) patients who received lenalidomide and/or bortezomib at any time during treatment, evaluate the factors associated with reactivation, and demonstrate the outcome of patients.
Materials And Methods: We evaluated 178 MM patients who received lenalidomide (n=102) and/or bortezomib (n=174) during their treatment schedules.
Background: Haemorrhagic cystitis (HC) is usually a serious complication in allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) recipients. In this study, our aim was to define risk factors and outcomes for patients with HC in an allo-HSCT setting.
Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 249 allo-HSCTs performed between 2011 and 2016 in our centre.
