Objective: To systematically review the effectiveness of Hand-Arm Bimanual Intensive Training (HABIT) on upper limb function in children with cerebral palsy.

Methods: Six databases (MEDLINE, CINAHL, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and PsycINFO) were searched for HABIT-related studies published in English between 2007 and 2017. The methodological quality of the included studies was classified based on the Levels of Evidence of the American Occupational Therapy Association guidelines.

In recent decades, the chemokine receptor CXCR4 and its ligand CXCL12 have been extensively reported to be associated with tumorigenesis. In addition, Twist signaling induces the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process in glioblastoma development. In the present study, in vitro assays were used to investigate the role of CXCR4 and Twist in human glioblastoma.
