Hesperetin (Hst) is a common citrus fruit flavonoid with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-neurodegenerative effects. To explore the antioxidant and anti-aging effects and mechanisms of Hst, we induced chronic oxidative stress in using low-concentration HO and examined its effects on lifespan, healthy life index, reactive oxygen species (ROS), antioxidant enzymes, and transcriptomic metrics. Objective: To assess the association between obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and postoperative complications in patients after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG).

Methods: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and Scopus databases were explored to identify relevant observational studies that reported incidences of OSA in CABG patients, and assessed OSA using standard objective methods such as polysomnography (PSG).
