With the development of the Internet, more and more people prefer to confide their sentiments in the virtual world, especially those with depression. The social media where people with depression collectively leave messages is called the "Tree Hole". The purpose of this article is to support the "Tree Hole" rescue volunteers to help patients with depression, especially after the outbreak of COVID-19 and other major events, to guide the crisis intervention of patients with depression.

We searched Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Web of science databases to identify relevant publications published from the establishment of the database to April 30, 2021. We included a total of 26 articles containing 56 studies.

Herein, we reported the development of a palladium-catalyzed highly enantioselective Markovnikov hydroxycarbonylation of vinyl arenes with CO and water. A monodentate phosphoramidite ligand L6 plays vital role in the reaction.

Herein, we reported the development of a novel and effective Pd-catalyzed Markovnikov hydroaminocarbonylation of 1,1-disubstituted or 1,1,2-trisubstituted alkenes with aniline hydrochloride salts to afford amides bearing an α quaternary carbon. The reaction makes use of readily available starting materials, tolerates a wide range of functional groups, and provides a facile and straightforward approach to a diverse array of amides bearing an α quaternary carbon.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA palladium-catalyzed asymmetric Markovnikov hydroaminocarbonylation of alkenes with anilines has been developed for the atom-economical synthesis of 2-substituted propanamides bearing an α-stereocenter. A novel phosphoramidite ligand was discovered which exhibited very high reactivity and selectivity in the reaction. This asymmetric Markovnikov hydroaminocarbonylation employs readily available starting materials and tolerates a wide range of functional groups, thus providing a facile and straightforward method for the regio- and enantioselective synthesis of 2-substituted propanamides under ambient conditions.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe cancer chemo-preventive effects of equol have been demonstrated for a wide variety of experimental tumours. In a previous study, we found that equol inhibited proliferation and induced apoptotic death of human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells. However, the mechanisms underlying equol-mediated apoptosis have not been well understood.

Aim: To investigate the anti-tumor effects of equol in gastric cancer cells and the underlying molecular mechanisms.
Methods: MGC-803 cells were employed for in vitro experiments in this study. Cells were treated with control (vehicle, 0.
