Autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) is often used as consolidation for several subtypes of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) in first remission. However, many patients relapse after ASCT and have a very poor prognosis. There are no approved treatment options for posttransplantation maintenance or consolidation in PTCL.

- A study at our institution from 2018 to 2022 examined five R/R CHL patients who underwent this therapy and found that there was reduced CD30 expression after treatment.
- Different testing methods revealed that while conventional assays showed lower CD30 levels, other advanced techniques detected varying degrees of CD30 expression in all patients, indicating that some cancer cells still retain CD30, which is crucial for diagnosis.
Purpose: Natural killer (NK)-cell recognition and function against NK-resistant cancers remain substantial barriers to the broad application of NK-cell immunotherapy. Potential solutions include bispecific engagers that target NK-cell activity via an NK-activating receptor when simultaneously targeting a tumor-specific antigen, as well as enhancing functionality using IL12/15/18 cytokine pre-activation.
Experimental Design: We assessed single-cell NK-cell responses stimulated by the tetravalent bispecific antibody AFM13 that binds CD30 on leukemia/lymphoma targets and CD16A on various types of NK cells using mass cytometry and cytotoxicity assays.

We aimed to test this hypothesis in a randomised trial.
Methods: The primary objective of the study was to compare progression-free survival with conditioning of busulfan plus melphalan with melphalan alone in patients with multiple myeloma.
Introduction: We report successful treatment of mesenteric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) using localized involved site radiation therapy (ISRT), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and daily computed tomography (CT)-image guidance.
Patients And Methods: Patients with mesenteric DLBCL treated with RT between 2011 and 2017 were reviewed. Clinical and treatment characteristics were analyzed for an association with local control, progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival.

Methods: The Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research database was used to identify 28,450 patients who underwent AHCT for MM from 2008 through 2014.
Survival outcome of patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma-not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) and angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) who experience disease progression/relapse remains very poor. A total of 321 patients, newly diagnosed with PTCL-NOS (n = 180) or AITL (n = 141) between 1999 and 2015, were analysed. The authors assessed the origin of intratumoral heterogeneity in nonseminomatous germ cell tumor of the testis (NSGCT) and identified distinct tumor subtypes and a potentially lethal phenotype.
Methods: In this retrospective study, all consecutive patients who had been diagnosed with an NSGCT between January 2000 and December 2010 were evaluated.
Background: Because hepatitis C virus infection causes hepatic and immunological dysfunction, we hypothesized that seropositivity for this virus could be associated with increased non-relapse mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Design And Methods: We performed a case-control study of the outcomes of patients who were hepatitis C virus seropositive at the time of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (N=31). Patients positive for hepatitis C virus were considered candidates for stem cell transplantation only if they had no significant evidence of hepatic dysfunction.
