Postpartum stress urinary incontinence: a clinical study of 6,302 cases in Jiangsu Province.

Objectives: To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) within 6-8 weeks postpartum in Jiangsu Province.

Material And Methods: We designed a multi-center cross-sectional study involving seven hospitals in Jiangsu province, and enrolled women who underwent postpartum examination at 6-8 weeks in these hospitals between July 2019 and June 2021. According to the presence or absence of SUI, the enrolled patients were divided into two groups: the SUI group and the non-SUI group, respectively.

Bioinformatic analysis for structure and function of TCTP from Spirometra mansoni.

Objective: To predict structure and function of translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP) from Spirometra mansoni by bioinformatics technology, and to provide a theoretical basis for further study.

Methods: Open reading frame (ORF) of EST sequence from Spirometra mansoni was obtained by ORF finder and was translated into amino acid residue by DNAclub. The structure domain was analyzed by Blast.

[Construction and identification of a full-length cDNA library from Spirometra erinaceieuropaei].

The full-length pBluescript II SK cDNA library of adult Spirometra erinaceieuropaei was constructed by using the SMART method. Data showed that 95.5% of the library was recombinant and the titer of the library was 1.

[Molecular cloning and sequence analysis of lactate dehydrogenase gene from Plasmodium vivax Hainan isolate].

Full length sequence of lactate dehydrogenase gene was amplified by PCR from the genomic DNA of Plasmodium vivax Hainan isolate, and named as PvLDH/HN (GenBank No. FJ527750). Sequence analysis showed that the gene had 951 bp, coding 316 aa.
