As the sensitivity to corporate social responsibility (CSR) continues to grow, the goal of enterprises has expanded beyond the sole pursuit of economic value. Corporate social goal orientation has therefore come to occupy a central position in entrepreneurs' psychology and the transition away from a market-only economy. This study uses secondary data from 4,288 samples of 725 Chinese-listed companies from 2009 to 2020 to explore the driving factors in social goal orientation based on the characteristics of sample companies and their industry groups from the perspective of stakeholder relationships.

With purified inactivated PCV2 and PCV2 virus-like particles (VLP) as references, two inactivated vaccines (a and b) and two VLP vaccines (c and d) for PCV2 from four manufacturers were analyzed by HPSEC-MALLS after demulsification. The antigen peaks in HPSEC-MALLS were identified by PCV2 antigen test strips, Western blotting and transmission electron microscope (TEM).

Methods: Seven patients with VSs who underwent resection through MCF approach with endoscope assistance and 12 patients with conventional microsurgery in our department were enrolled in this study. These patients' characteristics were acquired, and the surgical outcomes, as well as postoperative complications, were evaluated.
Background: Although originally identified as a putative metastasis suppressor, increasing studies have confirmed a possible role for Nm23-H1 in DNA repair, through the base excision repair and nucleotide excision repair pathways. In this study, we explored whether Nm23-H1 was also involved in double-strand break repair (DSBR).
Methods And Results: We constructed a stable A549-shNm23-H1 cell line with doxycycline-regulated expression of Nm23-H1, and a A549-nNm23-H1 cell line that over expressed a nucleus-localized version of Nm23-H1.
Background: Recent studies have indicated that Nm23-H1 is found in the nucleus, but previous studies have been based on the overexpression or suppression of Nm23-H1 in the cytoplasm. Due to the lacking nuclear localization signal of Nm23-H1, these results cannot reflect or repeat cells in which Nm23-H1 mainly positioned in nuclei and whether they cause clinical biological effects. Therefore, to explore the effects of transposing Nm23-H1 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus during lung cancer cell proliferation, a vector with a nuclear localization signal of Nm23-H1 was constructed and A549 cells were transfected.

A fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) was developed for the analysis ofaflatoxins (AFs) using an anti-aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) monoclonal antibody and a novel fluorescein-labeled AFB1 tracer. The FPIA showed an IC50 value of 23.33 ng/mL with a limit of detection of 13.

Objective: To evaluate the validity and reliability of the perineural vascular plexus for locating the facial nerve in microsurgery of the ear to avoid iatrogenic facial paralysis.
Patients And Methods: Our study group comprised 311 patients who underwent tympanoplasty or facial nerve decompression from July 2002 to July 2005.
