This study analyzed the composition of the microbial community in raw milk and its effects on flavor compounds by comparing samples from cows raised on pasture (PXN) and in housing (HXN). In August 2023, 9 raw milk samples from Holstein cows were collected from a pasture in the Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia, China, and labeled as the PXN group. Simultaneously, 9 raw milk samples were collected from Holstein cows raised by individual farmers in the region and labeled as the HXN group.

However, comprehensive preclinical safety evaluation is the only way to meet its further clinical translation. We herein evaluate detailedly the safety and hepatotoxicity of bovine serum albumin-biomineralized CuS (BSA@CuS) NPs with two different sizes in rats.

Furthermore, emerging evidence has connected disordered intestinal microbiota to food allergies. Here, we investigated the impact of CS on a rat model for food allergy to ovalbumin (OVA).

Other than the traditional agarose method to generate hepatocyte spheroids, we developed a multi-concave agarose chip (MCAC) method to investigate changes in hepatocyte viability, morphology, mitochondrial membrane potential, reactive oxygen species and hepatobiliary transporter by CuSNPs. The MCAC method allowed a large number of spheroids to be obtained per sample.

Among the synthesized compounds 2a and 2n showed the best anti-inflammatory activity (inhibition rate: 95% and 92.7%, respectively) and analgesic effect (inhibition rate: 100% and 100%, respectively), which was greater than that or nearly equivalent to that of indomethacin.
