Objective: There are limited epidemiological data on myocarditis in children aged 0-14 years. This study aims to investigate the trends in incidence, mortality, disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), and corresponding estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) of myocarditis in children aged 0-14 years from 1990 to 2021.

Methods: We utilized the 2021 Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study (GBD) analytical tools to examine the incidence, mortality, and DALYs of myocarditis in children aged 0-14 years, considering factors such as age, sex, region, sociodemographic index (SDI), and data from 204 countries or regions.

Preoperative detection of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) remains a great challenge in practice. We aimed to develop and validate a deep Vesical Imaging Network (ViNet) model for the detection of MIBC using high-resolution Tweighted MR imaging (hrTWI) in a multicenter cohort. ViNet was designed using a modified 3D ResNet, in which, the encoder layers were pretrained using a self-supervised foundation model on over 40,000 cross-modal imaging datasets for transfer learning, and the classification modules were weakly supervised by an experiential knowledge-domain mask indicated by a nnUNet segmentation model.

Objective: To verify the accuracy of collagen-specific SNP mutation loci of Kele pigs selected by whole genome resequencing, and to excavate collagen-related genes of Kele pigs, so as to lay a foundation for further molecular selection.

Methods: Based on whole genome resequencing, candidate genes related to collagen trait of Kele pig were screened for gene annotation. Through KEGG and GO enrichment analysis of differential genes, we selected four genes that may affect collagen trait of collagen pig, namely COL9A1, COL6A5, COL4A3 and COL4A4.

In the present study, we employed H3K27me3 profiling, assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with highthroughput sequencing (ATAC-seq), and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data across six tissues derived from three embryonic layers to identify and map 2 034 super repressor elements (SREs) and 22 223 typical repressor elements (TREs) in the pig genome. According to the data sets of fine particulate matter (PM) and its components in 35 cities in the Huaihe River Basin from 2015 to 2021, the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of pollutants were analyzed. The influence of meteorological factors on PM concentrations was examined using a random forest model. The original series of PM, sulfate (SO), nitrate (NO), ammonium salt (NH), organic matter (OM), and black carbon (BC) were rebuilt using KZ (Kolmogorov-Zurbenko) filtering and multiple linear regression (MLR) to quantify the effects of meteorological conditions.
