The degradation of methylene blue dye-contaminated wastewater via photocatalysis is an efficient approach towards environmental remediation. The SrZrO perovskite photocatalyst was synthesized using the modified Pechini sol-gel method, and characterized using XRD, FESEM, FTIR, and UV-visible spectrophotometer. Crystallite size obtained by the Scherrer and Williamson-Hall methods were 45.

Aims: This study aims to evaluate the storage stability of the freeze-dried recombinant Lactococcus lactis NZ3900-fermented milk powder expressing K-ras (Kristen rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog) mimotopes targeting colorectal cancer in vacuum packaging.
Methods And Results: The freeze-dried L. lactis-fermented milk powder stored in 4-ply retortable polypropylene (RCPP)-polyamide (PA)-aluminium (AL)-polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and aluminium polyethylene (ALPE) was evaluated throughout 49 days of accelerated storage (38°C and 90% relative humidity).
We focused on assessing the antimicrobial effects of functional yoghurts supplemented with clove and probiotics. The formulation of aqueous clove extract (ACE) incorporated with probiotic yoghurt (, and ) was optimised in terms of aqueous clove extract concentrations (2.5-7.

Four palm-based MES compounds with various carbon chains, namely C, C, C and C MES, were assayed by the in vitro bacterial reverse mutation (Ames) test in the strains TA98, TA100, TA1535, and TA1537 and the strain WP2 , with the aim of establishing the safety data of the compounds, specifically their mutagenicity. The test was also carried out on linear alkylbenzene sulphonate (LAS) for comparison.
