Introduction: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis, is characterised by chronic and relapsing inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, leading to significant morbidity and reduced quality of life. The global rise in IBD incidence is driven by a complex interplay of genetic, environmental, dietary and microbiome-related factors. Despite advancements in treatment, such as biologics, response rates remain variable, highlighting the need for personalised approaches.

Recent Findings: PsA is a multifaceted chronic inflammatory disease with diverse manifestations. This pose challenges of comprehensive assessment of the outcome of PsA.
Background: The 17q21.31 region with various structural forms characterized by the H1/H2 haplotypes and three large copy number variations (CNVs) represents the strongest risk locus in progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP).
Objective: To investigate the association between CNVs and structural forms on 17q.
Oligomers incorporating styrene chromophores, linked by 1,2-isobutylidene and 2,2-propylidene spacers in various proportions, are synthesized through the NiCl(PPh)-catalyzed olefination-oligomerization of benzene-bisdithioacetal under diverse conditions using excess MeMgI and ZnI. The method provides a convenient pathway for selectively synthesizing oligomers with distinct ratios of one-carbon and two-carbon linkers, strategically employed to spatially separate adjacent vinylarene chromophores. The emission profiles for these oligomers span from 380 to 450 nm, in addition to the intrinsic emission of styrene ≈315 nm.

Purpose: Neurocognitive sequelae of cancer and its treatment are common among survivors of pediatric brain tumors. While musical training is a potential avenue for enhancing psychological outcomes and quality of life, its efficacy in promoting neuroplasticity among these survivors remains uncertain. We examined the feasibility, acceptability, and potential efficacy of implementing a musical training program for survivors of pediatric brain tumors.
