Research on high-performance, real-time periodic signal detection method based on field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs).

Long-Time Coherent Integration (LTCI) utilizes digital integration to combine multiple coherent cycles, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Our previous work introduced single-bit LTCI, an approach optimized for FPGA implementation, but faced challenges of output saturation at high SNR levels and inherent limitations in SNR gain (SNRG), which are insufficient for certain applications. This paper presents a threshold tracking method that improves the performance of single-bit LTCI in high-SNR scenarios.

The impact of environmental literacy on the health level of rural residents: evidence from the mountainous areas of Sichuan, China.

Introduction: Environmental pollution and health issues are hot topics of discussion in modern society. However, there is a lack of research from the perspective of subjective factors such as environmental protection to study the impact of environmental literacy on health, especially in rural areas.

Methods: First, through field research in the mountainous rural areas of Sichuan Province, 396 data points were collected.

Previous maximal transurethral resection of bladder tumor lead to unfavorable perioperative outcomes following radical cystectomy.

Purpose: To evaluate the impact of maximal transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) on perioperative outcomes following radical cystectomy (RC).

Methods: This study included 310 patients who underwent RC for the diagnosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma. Of these, 146 patients had a history of maximal TURBT (TURBT group) and 164 did not (non-TURBT group).

[Comparison of clinical efficacy between autologous block bone graft and GBR in horizontal bone augmentation based on Mimics 3D reconstruction].
