Objectives: This study aimed to explore the (1) experiences of breast cancer previvor women during genetic testing; (2) perceptions of the impact of genetic testing on their personal, social, family, and professional lives; and (3) views on breast cancer prevention and follow-up processes. This study focused on the risk of breast cancer in persons with BRCA mutations.
Methods: Data were collected through individual in-depth semistructured interviews.
In this study, further treatment of coking wastewater treated in anoxic-oxic-membrane bioreactor (AO-MBR) was investigated to meet the standards of the ministry by means of nanofiltration (NF) (with two different membranes and different pressures), microfiltration -powder activated carbon (MF-PAC) hybrid system and NF-PAC (with two different membranes and five different PAC concentrations) hybrid system. In addition to the parameters determined by the ministry, other parameters such as ammonium, thiocyanate (SCN), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), color were also examined to evaluate the flux performance and treatment efficiency of the hybrid processes. According to the results, chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the NF process, COD and total cyanide (T-CN) in the MF-PAC process could not meet the discharge standards.

Design: Interrater reliability was tested. Twenty-five intensive care patients were each assessed by five different nurse-raters from a pool of intensive care nurses who were available on the days of assessment.
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of two desensitizers and the Er,Cr:YSGG laser on human dentin tubules, applied alone or in combination.
Methods: Ninety-six dentin specimens were obtained from extracted third molars and divided into six groups: Group 1: no-treatment (Control); Group 2: nano-hydroxyapatite desensitizer (NhapD); Group 3: NhapD+Er,Cr:YSGG laser (L); Group 4: Er,Cr:YSGG laser (L); Group 5: glutaraldehyde desensitizer (GD); and Group 6: GD+L, respectively. All specimens were evaluated using scanning electron microscopy.
