Resistive switching (RS) devices have attracted increasing attention for artificial synapse applications in neural networks because of their nonvolatile and analogue resistance changes. Among the neural networks, a spiking neural network (SNN) based on spike-timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) is highly energy efficient.
