The DNA cross-link repair 1B (DCLRE1B) gene is involved in repairing cross-links between DNA strands, including those associated with Hoyeraal-Hreidarsson syndrome and congenital dyskeratosis. However, its role in tumours is not well understood. DCLRE1B expression profiles were examined in tumour tissues and normal tissues using TCGA, GTEx, and TARGET datasets.

Recognizing the growing evidence supporting non-pharmacological interventions (NPIs) for controlling primary hypertension, our study employs Network Meta-Analysis (NMA) to comprehensively assess their efficacy.
Methods: This review updates a prior systematic review by searching for original literature on NPIs for primary hypertension from 2013 to 2024.
Background: The prognosis of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients is notably influenced by both inflammation and nutritional status. The prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) have been reported in prognostic studies of various tumors. However, the efficacy of the combination of the two in predicting the prognosis of CRC patients has not been studied.

Therefore, the development of efficient method for simultaneous detection of Fe and Zn provides timely information on metal content, simplifies operations and improves efficiency. In this work, a small molecule (COOH-BPEA) of recognizing Zn modified the four metal-organic-framework (MOF) (UiO-66-X(66, OH, NH and OH/NH)) was developed for the simultaneous detection of Fe and Zn.

Vasoactive intestinal peptide neurons in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) regulate the synchronization of circadian rhythms with the external environment in mammals. We investigate the effects of DexM on sleep and circadian rhythms, as well as the underlying mechanisms.
