A rare case of mandibular, malar and vertebral tuberculosis is reported. Special diagnostic and therapeutic features are discussed.

The authors reported here a case of dominant form of osteopetrosis. The patient was a 28 years old man hospitalized for a mandibular osteitis consecutive to a tooth extraction. The clinical examination detected a splenomegaly.
