The number of daily credit card transactions is inexorably growing: the e-commerce market expansion and the recent constraints for the Covid-19 pandemic have significantly increased the use of electronic payments. The ability to precisely detect fraudulent transactions is increasingly important, and machine learning models are now a key component of the detection process. Standard machine learning techniques are widely employed, but inadequate for the evolving nature of customers behavior entailing continuous changes in the underlying data distribution.

Primary microcephaly (PM) is characterized by a small head since birth and is vastly heterogeneous both genetically and phenotypically. While most cases are monogenic, genetic interactions between Aspm and Wdr62 have recently been described in a mouse model of PM. Here, we used two complementary, holistic in vivo approaches: high throughput DNA sequencing of multiple PM genes in human patients with PM, and genome-edited zebrafish modeling for the digenic inheritance of PM.

Over the last century and a half, trade in shellfish has introduced into france four new species intended for aquaculture, as follows: -the Portuguese oyster (Crassostrea angulata) -the American clam (Mercenaria mercenaria) -the Pacific oyster (C. gigas) -the Manila clam (Ruditapes philippinarum). The development of hatcheries and air transport facilities has led to increased trade in these species among the countries of the European Union (France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom); they are also imported from other countries (Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey).
