Purpose: To evaluate the refractive differences among school-aged children with macular or peripapillary fundus tessellation (FT) distribution patterns, using fundus tessellation density (FTD) quantified by deep learning (DL) technology.

Methods: The cross-sectional study included 1942 school children aged six to 15 years, undergoing ocular biometric parameters, cycloplegic refraction, and fundus photography. FTD was quantified for both the macular (6 mm) and peripapillary (4 mm) regions, using DL-based image processing applied to 45° color fundus photographs.

Background: Severe disruption of lipid metabolism in vivo is one of the central mechanisms in the development of atherosclerotic vascular injury (AVI). Reverse cholesterol transport (RCT) plays a pivotal role in eliminating excess cholesterol, preventing lipid deposition in the aorta, and reducing plaque formation associated with AVI. Floralozone (FL) reduces endothelial cell injury in AVI rats by regulating sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) expression.

Objective To compare the five-year subjective functional outcomes of single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) with three different femoral tunnel positions under arthroscopic guidance. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 165 patients who underwent ACLR at the Department of Sports Traumatology,Sports Hospital,National Institute of Sports Medicine,General Administration of Sport of China from January 2012 to December 2017.According to femoral tunnel positions, the patients were assigned into three groups of low centre (LC)section (=53),high centre (HC) section (=45),and high anterior medial (HAM) section (=67).
