Background: It has been reported that phenylalanine (Phe)-restricted diets may have negative effects on bone health in patients with classical phenylketonuria (cPKU). We aimed to evaluate bone mineral density (BMD) in adults with cPKU and determine the risk factors associated with low BMD.
Methods: Eighty adult patients with cPKU were examined, including 41 women and 39 men.
Ultrasound-mediated drug delivery is typically performed using transducers with center frequencies 1 MHz to promote acoustic cavitation. Such frequencies are not commonly used for diagnostic ultrasound due to limited spatial resolution. Therefore, delivery and monitoring of therapeutic ultrasound typically requires two transducers to enable both treatment and imaging.

Objective: This study focuses on the phenotype of anaphylaxis in children within the first 2 years of life and aims to increase awareness of anaphylaxis in this age group.
Methods: The study included children between 0 and 2 years who were diagnosed as having anaphylaxis by pediatric allergists in 11 tertiary hospitals.
Objective: The objective of this study was to describe the single-surgeon experience on transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery for uterosacral ligament suspension in patients with severe prolapse who had concomitant vaginal hysterectomy.
Methods: A total of 53 patients with severe uterine prolapse who underwent vaginal hysterectomy and transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery for uterosacral ligament suspension between January 2021 and March 2023 were included in the study. Operation time, intraoperative and postoperative complications, de novo urinary continence, and duration of hospitalization were obtained from the patient records.
