[Experience of forensic expertise in arbitration proceeding. (Case from practice)].

The article presents an experience of organization and production of comprehensive forensic expertises in the framework of arbitration proceeding on claims of medical organization to insurance medical companies concerning the amount of payment for the rendered health care in the field of «ophthalmology» with patients' admission to round-the-clock inpatient hospital. The methodology and algorithm of forensic expertise production after earlier conducted examinations of health care quality on case materials and original medical records of hospital patients are provided.

Vibrational spectroscopy combined with machine learning has a great potential for forensic research. Portable Raman spectrometers are already being used by law-enforcement agencies to identify drugs. Several new technologies based on vibrational spectroscopy, that can be used in forensic science to analyze documents, gunshot traces, cloths, soil, hair, nails and lacquer, are being developed nowadays.

[Forensic characteristic of sudden death cases in subjects with metabolic syndrome].

Comparing pace and standard of living of the world population these days and in the end of the last century, it's quiet true that there has been a significant increase. Therewith, the number of deaths from cardiovascular diseases has increased in recent decades. Scientists around the world attribute this fact to the increase in the number of people with overweight and other metabolic disorders.

[Experience of Data Analysis application for proceeding research data in solving the problem of target age group establishment].

The article presents the experience of artificial intelligence application in research process. The article contains general information about basic concepts of machine learning (clustering and visualization), as well as considers more detaily an experience of clinical testing. The effectiveness of applying Data Analysis methods and means as one of the research stages is demonstrated on the example of a case on processing medical information using algorithms of machine learning: solving the problem on diagnostic value of the proposed indicator (FTF) for determining target age groups.
