Plasmonic superlattices enable the precise manipulation of electromagnetic fields at the nanoscale. However, the optical properties of static lattices are dictated by their geometry and cannot be reconfigured. Here, we present a surface-interface engineered plasmonic superlattice with confined polyelectrolyte-functionalized metal-organic framework (MOF) hybrid layers to tune plasmon resonance for ultrafast chemical sensing.

Objectives: To develop ultrasound-based radiomics models and a clinical model associated with inflammatory markers for predicting intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) lymph node (LN) metastasis. Both are integrated for enhanced preoperative prediction.

Methods: This study retrospectively enrolled 156 surgically diagnosed ICC patients.

Exposure to air pollutants is linked to an increased risk of obesity, and socioeconomic status (SES) could modulate this risk. We employed the "Jinchang Cohort" as a platform to investigate the influence of SES (education level, monthly income per household, and marital status) on the obesity risk associated with PM and its constituents. Study has demonstrated that air pollutant exposure enhances the likelihood of overweight/obesity, with a risk ratio (HR) of 1.

Norepinephrine (NE) released from locus coeruleus (LC) noradrenergic (NAergic) neurons plays a pivotal role in the regulation of olfactory behaviors. However, the precise circuits and receptor mechanisms underlying this function are not well understood. Here, in DBH-Cre mice model, we show that LC NAergic neurons project directly to both anterior piriform cortex (aPC) and the olfactory bulb (OB).

C-C and C-X bond forming reactions are essential tools in organic synthesis, constantly revolutionizing human life. Among the key methods for constructing new chemical bonds are nucleophilic addition reactions involving imines. However, the inherent challenges in synthesizing and storing imines have stimulated interest in designing stable precursors, which generates imines in situ during the reaction.
