Background: Children diagnosed with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have greater difficulty in regulating their own media usage and are inclined to spend more time engaging in video games compared to neurotypical children. This study aimed to investigate the effects of ADHD severity, digital parenting awareness, and accompanying psychiatric symptoms on children's problematic media (PMU) use in children with ADHD.
Methods: The study included 95 ADHD patients aged between 6 and 11 years and 90 age-and gender-matched healthy controls.
A patient with left upper quadrant breast cancer who had 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging underwent 68 Ga-Trivehexin PET/CT. 68 Ga-Trivehexin PET/CT showed higher radiotracer accumulation in the primary tumor, left internal mammary lymph nodes, and axillary lymph nodes compared with 18 F-FDG PET/CT. However, Trivehexin uptake was not observed in FDG-positive lymph nodes in the mediastinum and left hilar region.

The aim of this study was to explore whether 10 weeks of walking-based aerobic training would alter substrate oxidation in postmenopausal women with obesity.
Methods And Results: Twenty-four postmenopausal women with obesity who were assigned into the control (n = 12) or exercise groups (n = 12) undertook a 10-week aerobic training program (3 d·week) that involved walking exercises at 50-70% of heart rate reserve on a treadmill, with exercise volume increased from 25 to 40 min·day.

Background: This study aims to classify wound complications after median sternotomy and provide an up-to-date reconstructive algorithm for multidisciplinary use.
Methods: A total of 15 patients (9 males, 6 females; mean age: 68±5 years; range, 60 to 75 years) who underwent sternal reconstruction for wound complications following median sternotomy between August 2020 and October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. Wound complications requiring reconstruction were classified into three categories based on the extent of the dead space caused by sternal debridement.
Purpose: The present study aimed to predict the prognostic role of quantitative 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET/computed tomography parameters such as maximum standardized uptake value (SUV max ), metabolic tumor volume (MTV), and total lesion glycolysis (TLG) obtained from primary tumor, lymph node metastases, and liver metastasis (LM) in patients with colorectal LM (CLM).
Material And Method: The research was designed as a retrospective study and 66 patients with CLM were enrolled between January 2017 and December 2018. Primary tumor SUV max (PSUV max ), liver SUV max (LSUV max ), and lymph node SUV max (LnSUV max ) values obtained from the primary tumor, liver, and lymph nodes were recorded.
