Objective: Previous techniques for radiocarpal joint injection introduce the needle directly between the navicular and the radius. We propose here a new technique using the same puncture site for midcarpal and radiocarpal arthrograms without need for needle reinsertion.
Materials And Methods: A prospective study of 85 radiocarpal injections for arthrography was performed.
Iliopsoas bursitis is the classical manifestation of synovial cysts of the hip. We report the first observation of a new localization of these cysts: the sheath of rectus femoris muscle. The patient presented with a hip osteoarthritis and an important mass of the front of the thigh.

Fatty tissue is easily identified by magnetic resonance imaging by the enhanced signal in sequences weighted T1 and a weak signal in those weighted T2. A lipoma of parotid was identified fortuitously during investigation of a cerebral tumor.
