Fetal surgery presents distinctive anesthetic challenges due to the need to balance maternal and fetal safety. This retrospective study evaluates the anesthetic management strategies used at a single center for various fetal interventions, including fetoscopic laser photocoagulation, fetal endoluminal tracheal occlusion, bipolar cord coagulation, and fetoscopic spina bifida repair. We reviewed 195 fetal procedures performed between 2019 and 2023 at Rabin Medical Center.

Unlabelled: To evaluate the effectiveness of a novel protocol, adopted in our institution, as a quality improvement project for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). A maximal lung protection (MLP) protocol was implemented in 2019. This strategy included immediate use of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) after birth, during the stay at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and during surgical repair.

Methods: Mothers of fetuses with severe CDH were offered prenatal treatment by FETO.
Results: Between 2018 and 2021, 16 cases of severe CDH underwent FETO.

Objective: Monochorionic (MC) triplet pregnancies are extremely rare and information on these pregnancies and their complications is limited. We aimed to investigate the risk of early and late pregnancy complications, perinatal outcome and the timing and methods of fetal intervention in these pregnancies.
Methods: This was a multicenter retrospective cohort study of MC triamniotic (TA) triplet pregnancies managed in 21 participating centers around the world from 2007 onwards.
