Unlabelled: The first maxillary molar is one of the most difficult teeth for endodontical treatment; it presents the highest failure rates due to the impossibility of locating and treating the second mesiobuccal canal (MB2). The aim of our work was study of second mesiobuccal canal in maxillary first molar and compare obtained data with literature sources for increasing the efficiency of treatment.
Materials And Methods: The study involved 59 patients with exacerbation of chronic pulpitis or chronic periodontitis who were distributed according to age: 14-20 years, 21-30 years and 31-40 years.
Unlabelled: Understanding the harmful effects of using tobacco products (cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarette) or vape, IQOS, hookah, etc.) by various segments of the population is one of the important ways to improve the condition of the tissues of the oral cavity, since smoking is an important risk factor for the occurrence of chronic destructive periodontal diseases. The purpose of our work was a study of the relationship between the state of the oral cavity and the use of tobacco products in different age groups based on the conducted questionnaire.

To improve the accuracy of measuring the temperature of cold objects, we used a shutter with a combined emissivity as an internal reference source of radiation at the input of the device optical unit. With this aim a small mirror was fixed in the center on its surface covered black, thereby ensuring an efficient reflection of radiation in a wide spectral range of wavelengths.

The grade of dermatitis is subjectively assessed by the visual examination. There is an urgent need for both objective and quantitative methods for assessing the current grade of dermatitis and predicting its severity at an early stage of radiotherapy.

Cryoablation of skin was performed in 30 rats with exposure durations of 0.5, 1 and 2 min.
