This multicentre study addresses the genetic spectrum of colorectal polyposis in China. We analyzed 120 patients with over 10 adenomas using a 139-gene next-generation sequencing panel and multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification. Findings revealed that 89 patients carried pathogenic germline variants, primarily in the APC gene.

Background: Unmet supportive care needs reducing the quality of life of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. As existing studies have indicated the supportive care needs of CRC patients of different genders differ, the main aim of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the supportive care needs of CRC patients based on gender.

Methods: CRC patients were categorized by gender to compare each group's supportive care needs and demographic characteristics.

Background: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) with cystic features presents significant challenges in achieving an accurate preoperative diagnosis and in implementing appropriate clinical management. The aim of this study was to analyze the dynamic contrast-enhanced computed tomography (DCE-CT) findings of PDACs with cystic lesions and correlate them with histopathological findings.

Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 40 patients with pathology-proven PDACs exhibiting cystic lesions who underwent preoperative DCE-CT imaging.

The atomic gravimeter offers high precision, no drift, and excellent long-term stability, making it suitable for high-precision marine gravity measurements. However, the vibration environment generates various noise signals in the shipborne absolute gravity data, compromising measurement accuracy. Specifically, the vibration noise of the Raman mirror significantly impacts the gravimeter's accuracy, necessitating vibration compensation.

In photosynthetic organisms, light acts as an environmental signal to control their development and physiology, as well as energy source to drive the conversion of CO into carbohydrates used for growth or storage. The main storage carbohydrate in green algae is starch, which accumulates during the day and is broken down at night to meet cellular energy demands. The signaling role of light quality in the regulation of starch accumulation remains unexplored.
