Twisted halide perovskite bilayers, a type of moiré material, show square moiré patterns with exciting optical properties. Atomic-scale structure analysis and its correlation with properties are difficult to achieve due to the extreme sensitivity of organic-inorganic halide perovskites to the illuminated electron beam in conventional/scanning transmission electron microscopy. Here, we developed a low-dose exit wave reconstruction methodology with a real-space resolution of one angstrom at ∼50 e/Å, which recovers the phase information on the moiré fringes in CHNHPbI (MAPbI) twisted perovskite bilayers at atomic scale, enabling detailed structural analysis of defects and corresponding strain distribution in such moiré materials.

Primary brain tumors that were the most severe and aggressive were called glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Cancers are caused in part by aberrant expression of circular RNA. Often referred to as competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA), circRNA molecules act as "miRNA sponges" in cells by decreasing the inhibitory impact of miRNA on their target genes and hence raising the expression levels of those genes.

While BRAF inhibitors are effective in BRAF-mutant melanoma patients, intrinsic or acquired resistance to these therapies is common. Here, we identify non-receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase 23 (PTPN23) as an alternative effective target in BRAF-mutant cancer cells.

This approach features high efficiency, good functional group tolerance, and broad substrate scope, and a variety of 3-substituted succinimides and -alkenylated anilides were synthesized in moderate to excellent yields. Furthermore, the reaction is highly selective, affording mono--alkylated/alkenylated products only.

Twenty-four participants underwent four counterbalanced conditions: 60-min cycling at 60% peak power output, 60-min Stroop task, 60-min cycling at 60% peak power output with Stroop task and 60-min neutral documentary to induce physical fatigue (PF), mental fatigue (MF), dual fatigue (DF) and control group (CG), respectively. Action anticipation (anticipation test and visual search test) and physical performance (countermovement jump, T-test, and spike test) were conducted at baseline, immediately after (Post1), and after 10-min rest (Post2).
