A triplex qPCR system was developed for the simultaneous detection of the three most prevalent wheat leaf spot diseases: septoria nodorum blotch caused by Parastagonospora nodorum, septoria tritici blotch caused by Zymoseptoria tritici, and tan spot caused by Pyrenophora tritici-repentis. In this system, the primer set for P. tritici-repentis targets a species-specific multicopy genomic region, while the primer sets for the other two pathogens target the ribosomal DNA (rDNA) region.

Here, we reported the development of an efficient multigram-scale synthetic process for YZD-7082 in 13 steps. The route featured a chiral resolution of a thiochroman intermediate with a unique cis-1,2-diaryl motif using a chiral amine and a mild reduction of amide using ZnEt/LiCl/(EtO)SiH system.

A retrospective review was conducted on the clinical records of 128 patients treated with H-URATS at the Department of Thoracic Surgery II, Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Tumor Hospital, between January and December 2024. The cohort included 52 men and 76 women, with an average age of 57.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) against gatifloxacin based on a hybrid monomer (3-triethoxysilylpropyl methacrylic amide, APTES-MAA) was reported. In this study, the imprinted monolith was synthesized with gatifloxacin as template, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker, and APTES-MAA as functional monomer in a mixture of acetonitrile and isooctane as porogen via an optimization based on density functional theory (DFT). The polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and mercury porosimetry.

The discovery set includes 62 patients, with 62 baseline and 53 post-CRT plasma samples. PET/CT is performed at baseline, and 33 patients undergo mid-treatment scans after 40 Gy.
