Purpose: To determine if intravitreal injection of triamcinolone is an effective option in treating severe macular oedema unresponsive to other treatments.
Methods: Fifteen eyes with severe macular oedema of long duration (9-30 months) were offered intravitreal injection of 4 mg triamcinolone. The visual acuity and anatomic responses were monitored with pre- and postoperative fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography (OCT).
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder of unknown origin. Ocular involvement occurs in about 25% of patients. Acute or chronic anterior uveitis are the most common ocular manifestations of sarcoidosis but all the ocular tissues can be involved.

In the first case, the work-ups performed after appearance of the iris lesion led to the discovery of wide spreading from the primary tumor already known and treated. An iris biopsy in the second case revealed the nature of the primary tumor which was an oat-cell lung carcinoma.

Purpose: Unusual description of an uveitis with a cytomegalovirus retinitis in a grafted patient. MATERIAL ET METHOD: A 49 year-old white male had to receive an hepatic transplant. Six month later, a cytomegalovirus chorioretinitis was discovered with an important uveitis.
