Accurate drug-target binding affinity (DTA) prediction is crucial in drug discovery. Recently, deep learning methods for DTA prediction have made significant progress. However, there are still two challenges: (1) recent models always ignore the correlations in drug and target data in the drug/target representation process and (2) the interaction learning of drug-target pairs always is by simple concatenation, which is insufficient to explore their fusion.

Recovery process of patients with iliac vein compression syndrome after stenting: a grounded theory study.

Background: Iliac vein compression syndrome (IVCS) impedes venous blood return from the lower extremities due to iliac vein compression, manifesting as leg swelling, varicose veins, and thrombosis. These symptoms significantly degrade quality of life. Although iliac vein stenting provides symptomatic relief, the recovery process is protracted and fraught with challenges such as in-stent restenosis and psychological distress.

Association between frailty index and mortality in depressed patients: results from NHANES 2005-2018.

This study investigated the relationship between the frailty index and all-cause and cause-specific mortality in patients with depression. We recruited 2,669 participants with depression from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2005 to 2018 and quantified their frailty status using a 53-item frailty index. Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate hazard ratios (HR) and their 95% confidence intervals (CI).

[Clinical characteristics and prognosis of type 1 infratentorial superficial siderosis].

A total of 7 patients with type 1 infratentorial superficial siderosis(iSS-1)in Memory Clinic at Huashan Hospital, Fudan University from March 2019 to March 2023 were respectively collected to analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment, and followed up for 12 months. There were 7 patients, 2 males and 5 females, aged 56 (49-60) years. The 4 patients who underwent cognitive assessment had varying degree of cognitive impairment, with 2 patients exhibiting severe executive function impairment.
