Background: Statins, as an important class of lipid-lowering drugs, play a key role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, with their widespread use in clinical practice, some adverse events have gradually emerged. In particular, the hepatotoxicity associated with statins use has become one of the clinical concerns that require sufficient attention.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of various diffusion models in the preoperative diagnosis of early-stage endometrial carcinoma (EC).
Methods: A total of 72 consecutive patients with benign or malignant endometrial lesions from the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were prospectively enrolled between April 2021 and July 2023.
Background: Colorectal neuroendocrine tumors with liver metastases (CRNELM) are associated with a poorer prognosis compared to their nonmetastatic counterparts. A comprehensive understanding of the tumor microenvironment (TME) heterogeneity between primary lesions (PL) and liver metastases (LM) could provide crucial insights for enhancing clinical management strategies for these patients.
Methods: We utilized single-cell RNA sequencing to analyze fresh tissue samples from CRNELM patients, aiming to elucidate the variations in TME between PL and LM.

As a widely epigenetic modification, mA (N-methyladenosine, mA) can regulate the degradation, translation, and other biological functions of circRNAs through dynamic reversible processes. It plays an important role in regulating the life activities of biological organisms, particularly in cell differentiation, apoptosis, embryonic development, stress response, and innate immunity. In this study, bioinformatics analysis, qRT-PCR identification, FISH subcellular localization, and ceRNA network construction were performed on mA modified circRNAs regulating the apoptosis of secondary hair follicle cells of Inner Mongolia Albas white cashmere goats based on the skin mA sequencing data of secondary hair follicles in anagen and catagen.

Herein, a photochemical reactor consisting of a quartz tube inserted into a low-pressure mercury lamp was used to fabricate a flow droplet photodigestion (FD-PD) device for the high-throughput digestion of small amounts of samples. A mixture containing 20 μL of blood sample, 20 μL of HO, and 10 μL of HNO was pumped and passed through the reactor before its online analysis by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS).
