101 women were treated because of sterility in the Gondar College of Medical Sciences, Gondar/Ethiopia, in the years 1987/88. The results revealed some typical difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of sterility in developing countries, arising from limited technological facilities and special characteristics of the group of treated patients.
