Mucosal leishmaniasis caused by Leishmania tropica in Saudi Arabia.

Mucocutaneous leishmaniasis (MCL.) which is called Espundia, and Uta is confined to South and Central America. In this form of leishmaniasis, the reticulo-endothelial system of the mucous membrane of the mouth, nose and throat is parasitized.
