The compaction characteristics and bearing capacity of dry filling materials in goaf have a significant influence on stope control and surface stability. Through acoustic emission monitoring and mechanical model analysis, a series of confined compression tests were conducted on crushed waste with varying particle sizes and Talbot coefficients. The deformation, fragmentation, and acoustic emission characteristics under corresponding working conditions were determined.

Methods: Expression patterns of HNRNPL, Recombinant S100 Calcium Binding Protein A9 (S100A9) were analyzed in HCC tissues or cells. Following transfection, HCC cell activity was analyzed, followed by detection of levels of ROS, iron content, LPO, MDA, and GSH as well as the expression of ferroptosis-related proteins.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. Currently, recent risk stratification has only focused on liver function and tumor characteristics. Thus, the purpose of this study was to develop a prognostic model based on genes involved in aerobic respiration.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common aggressive solid malignant tumors and current research regards HCC as a type of metabolic disease. This study aims to establish a metabolism-related mRNA signature model for risk assessment and prognosis prediction in HCC patients. HCC data were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) and Gene Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) website.

We performed a meta-analysis to compare liver fibrosis staging in chronic liver disease patients using 2-D shear wave elastography (2-D SWE) and point shear wave elastography (pSWE). The PubMed, Web of Science and Cochrane Library databases were searched until May 31, 2020 for studies evaluating the diagnostic performance of 2-D SWE and pSWE in assessing liver fibrosis.

Much research progress has been made regarding immunotherapy but the effects remain unsatisfactory, highlighting the urgent need for novel immune-related therapy targets. In recent years, more and more studies have pointed out the associations between certain transmembrane (TMEM) family proteins and tumor progression, but the role of TMEM205 remains unclear.

ALPPS has become popular for achieving fast hypertrophy in patients with an insufficient future liver remnant (FLR). However, ALPPS is associated with high morbidity and mortality.
